MTR3.1.5终于发布了！

本次更新内容：
1、修复了缆车可能不运行的bug
2、给大多数车辆安装了终点站显示：
1:打开铁路仪表板上的“路线”选项卡
2.找到你的线路，并单击看起来像一个鼠标指针的按钮（哎呀就是和选择要添加platform的按钮长得一样）
3.对于列出的任何platform，单击编辑按钮（就是那个铅笔）
4.在底部输入自定义终点站（或\r重置任何先前的终点站），然后单击“完成”
5.当列车接近路线的特定站台时，终点站显示器将显示该信息，直到再次更改
3、修复了使用土耳其的电脑生成火车时，火车会堆在一起的bug

Changes
- Fixed cable cars not running
- Added destination displays for most trains
- Customizable destination displays:
1. Go to the "Routes" tab on the Dashboard
2. Find your route and click on the button that looks like a mouse pointer (the same button used for selecting platforms to add to your route)
3. For any platforms listed, click the edit button (looks like a pencil)
4. Type in a custom destination (or \r to reset any previously specified destination) at the bottom and click "Done"
5. When trains approach that specific platform of the route, the destination display will show that message until it is changed again
- Fixed bug for computers using the Turkish locale spawning trains stacked together
